FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
It depends on which package you select. In the Gold Package, you will receive ALL hi-res colour corrected images from the session.
How should we dress for our family session?
Choosing what to wear is important. I encourage families to stay away from primary colours and large busy prints. Also stay away from logos. You want your photos to stand the test of time so going back to the basics will be your best bet. Select outfits that are not restrictive.

What’s the best time to have a session?
For outdoor sessions, I generally say to stay away from the afternoon light as it can be harsh and create unflattering shadows. Morning and evening light will always be more flattering and soft. Sometimes, the afternoon is the only available time for families, in which case I recommend selecting a location with plenty of shade so we can have even lighting.
For indoor sessions, we are able to have more control over lighting. However, it's still nice to have beautiful natural light available through windows when doing an indoor session to give it that natural at-home feeling.
How do I secure a session?
Once you have selected which package you would like, you would then sign the contract sent to you and confirm the booking with an e-transfer of a 25% deposit.
How many family members can come to the session?
As many as you would like!
Keep in mind, that the more people that are a part of the session, the less time we will have allocated to spend doing certain poses and combinations of family members. For example, in a family of 5, there may be more pictures of 'Member A' to select from in the final product compared to a session with 15 family members where we are doing a variety of combinations.
